Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with a return.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Start a Return
- Email our team at hello@sznsboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number.
- Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
