Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with a return.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email our team at hello@sznsboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
